  • Our Mission is to fulfill the calling of us believers to reach out to the world.
  • To put the word of God into action.
  • To heal the sick and to deliver the people from bondage in the name of Jesus.
  • The Holy Spirit is the Leader of this Ministry.
  • Jesus has given us the authority to do His work.
  • The work of Deliverance and Healing is for everybody, and they must have the basic teachings of putting the work into practice.
  • The word of God is the Solid Foundation of Deliverance and Healing, beacuse we are not waging warfare with people.
  • Make good use of all opprtunities through people who need deliverance and healing to witness salvation to them and bring them to the Family of Jesus Christ.
  • Point all people to Jesus and His cross for He is the greatest Healer whose stipres heals us all.
  • Be sure that we are vessels of honor. Clean both outside and within and be ready at all times (in season and out of season)
  • It is hope of this Ministry to extend its work, not only within the church, but reach out to all the islands of Samoa. The Pacific Region and even into the wide, wide world.
  • In September 1998 was the first outreach demonstrating the power of God through Healing and Deliverance. This was performed by an invitation from the Assembly of God  in Nu’uuli, Pago Pago, American Samoa. The delegation was Pastor Viliamu Mafo’e, Lavina Mafo’e, Pastor Ricky Westerlund, Pastor Faapopo Semau, Pastor Anthony Mauinatu, Pastor Seve Chan Chui and Situpu Sapolu.
  • In the year 1999, Healing and Deliverance was demonstrated or practically provided i the office.
  • In the year 2000 – 2005, Healing & Deliverance wa s aired on the Laufou Radio under the name “Laina o le Ola”
  • When the Showers Of Blessing Radio was opened in the year 2006, that was when the program “Touch Of Faith” kicked start. The name was given by Pastor Viliamu Mafo’e.
  • Since the Church officialy started, the ministry from the 1998 was operated in the main office, on the Radio and sometimes in the National Hospital.
  • Negotiation with the Management of the National Hospital was compeleted in the year 2006. And it was on the first day of August of that year the team, Touch Of Faith officialy accepted to visit patients at the Hospital for two days of the week, and that is Tuesdays and Thursdays. Praise the Lord.
  • Friday the 22nd February 2013, God opened another in the Ministry Of Health for the Touch Of Faith to have a Healing Service once a month. This program started at 6:30pm and finished at 8:00pm. Ps Viliamu Mafo’e Delivered the word at that night.
  • On the 17th August 2013, Touch of Faith program on the Kingdom Television was officially opened and was live on air every Saturday nights. This program was sponsored by the Business Systems Limited with the assistant of The Bays Cafe.
  • As of to date, there are 13 members in the SWAT team. Situpu Sapolu, Kuinivia Leung Wai, Fatiasou Toomalatai, Taulau Amosa, Sipaea Tupuola, Rosa Patolo, Ketesemane Finau, Teri Atoa, Rosa Latu, Patosina Aiono, Ivona Mataafa, Sivao Leuluaiauloto and Tupuola M Potifara.
  • People must fully understand that the Foundation and Hope of this Ministry of Deliverance and Healing is totally on God. Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit says the Lord of host.
  • The Holy Spirit gives us the anointing to do the work.
  • Jesus had already Conquered and destroyed all the works of Satan.
  • We are Victorious people of the triumphant church of Christ.
  • People must really understand and know how to use these weapons.
  • Have the love of Christ to do the work, and not to discriminate people.
  • Have no Fear when demons manifest.
  • Believe and have Faith in God.
  • Remember that the Holy Spirit does the work, not you.
  • Know who you are in the Family of God.
